Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most fixtures arrive within 5–13 business days. Delivery times vary by product, carrier and destination.
Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Returns and refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Fixtures must be unused and uninstalled, in their original packaging with all parts and fittings included. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
