Isabelle is the taller, more commanding sibling to Genevieve in Luma House's amber glass lantern family — the same warm amber glass shade wrapping an inner clear glass cylinder, scaled up into a statement silhouette that anchors a room rather than simply accenting it. Returns and refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Fixtures must be unused and uninstalled, in their original packaging with all parts and fittings included. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
