Dusk takes its cue from the mushroom lamps of 1970s American design — a wide, low-slung dome on a slender pole, built to wash a room in warm, indirect light rather than beam it. The double-layer acrylic shade filters the bulb through two overlapping curves, so what hits the wall behind it looks less like a lamp turning on and more like the last hour of daylight settling into the room.
A wood-tone metal pole and brass trim ring keep it grounded in the same mid-century language as the shade, and an old-fashioned pull bead-chain switch means no fumbling for a button in the dark. Tall enough to anchor a reading chair or sofa side without needing a side table.
